3-Day Ideation Workshop

Brainstorm better EdTech products with our 3-Day Ideation Workshop

When done right, one of the most rewarding and fruitful things an EdTech product team can do is rapid ideation. Generating a multitude of solutions to user and business problems in a short period of time can be a key tool to quickly increase user loyalty and sales. But with the daily grind of product development, it can be hard for EdTech teams to find the time to plan and conduct fruitful ideation sessions.

The challenge of conducting successful ideation sessions is often underestimated. Many product teams put off group brainstorming because they don’t know how to select the right exercises, design a run-of-show and moderate an unbiased and judgment-free environment.

Our 3-Day Ideation Workshop Yields a High Volume of Concepts in a Short Period of Time

Ideal for busy product teams, our rapid ideation sessions enable your team to generate and assess as many potential solutions as possible in a short amount of time, without the time and effort of doing it yourself.

Leave the planning to us! It’s a lot of work on top of everything else busy EdTech teams need to tend to.

This workshop is designed to:

  • Provide an unbiased outside viewpoint that is untethered by internal dynamics and institutional product knowledge
  • Help your team focus on business and user pain points
  • Promote divergent thinking and experimentation
  • Lower emotional attachment to ideas
  • Reduce resistance to change
  • Strengthen team dynamics
  • Improve decision-making by generating many ideas and quickly focusing on the most feasible solutions

How the 3-Day EdTech Ideation Workshop is Structured to Suit Your Needs

Prior to your workshop, we will conduct an intake meeting with you to better understand your challenges and team dynamics, as well as assess any research or user data you have gathered. We will then recommend a tailored blend of brainstorming exercises that will best align with your product goals and your team makeup.

Next, we’ll work with you to schedule session dates and set up your itinerary to suit your team’s busy schedules. The 3-Day Ideation Workshop can be conducted in-person at your location or our office in Cincinnati, Ohio, remotely, or a hybrid combination.

Because we know it’s nearly impossible to check out for three full days, workshop activities will be from 9 am – 2 pm leaving your afternoons free, during which time our team will continue to explore ideas for review the following morning.
